MYTIKAS

The peak of Mount Olympus where our Adelaide GI grapegrower George’s family originated, is called Mytikas.

It also means “nose” which is quite fitting for these fragrant styles which are full of vibrancy and flavour.

Working together is they key to achieving the best fruit expression from the vineyard. Having a Greek grower of Italian, French and Spanish varieties from Adelaide GI may break with tradition, but we love the challenge and style it delivers and wanted to celebrate that.

2021 MYTIKAS ADELAIDE PINOT GRIS

2022 MYTIKAS ADELAIDE CHARDONNAY

Classic varietal aromas of stone fruits and nectarine complemented with refreshing citrus notes on the nose. A palate of pure fruit enhanced by the lively crisp acidity leading to a lengthy finish.

2022 MYTIKAS ADELAIDE PINOT BIANCO

It is a light and crisp style with flavours of apple, pear and a hint of rose petal.

This wine was fermented then matured in older French oak barrels for 10 months.

2022 MYTIKAS ADELAIDE VERMENTINO
