The ancient spherical astrolabe is in honour of Simon’s ancestor John Couch Adams who in the 1800s was credited with discovering Neptune.

Pale green with a brilliant straw edge. Lemon sorbet, lime cordial and crunchy apple nuances on the nose with a concentrated palate displaying fine texture and stunning persistency. Superbly structured and lingering.

Barbequed scallops or King George Whiting, Salt & Pepper Whole fish or garlic prawns all work with the refreshing style served chilled.


It is a beautifully styled Pinot Gris, with fragrant aromas of jasmine, poached pear and green rockmelon. A succulent palate that is deliciously rounded and silky. Get ready for a succulent Pinot Gris that is sooo drinkable you’ll be rushing back for more!


Bright strawberry pink with apricot hues. Bright and inviting, the bouquet shows watermelon, peach, red apple and floral notes. An elegantly weighted palate displaying juicy fruit flavours combined with refreshing acidity, offering fabulous drinking.

This flavour-filled shiraz is overflowing with luxurious aromas of blackberry, mocha, thyme and cedar characters.Oh-so-sumptuous and velvety and offers up brilliant fruit-driven power and intensity all wonderfully framed by firm tannins.

2020 PENFIELD FARM PINOT BIANCO

It is a light and crisp style with flavours of apple, pear and a hint of rose petal. This Penfield Farm wine was fermented then matured in older French oak barrels for 10 months.

Fresh and bright, showing plum and cherry flavours. The palate is complexed with gamey notes and subtle French Oak. Enjoy with mates or with duck and greens.
