Frequently Asked Questions


When will my wine be shipped?

Your wine shipment dates depend on what frequency you choose. If you choose quarterly you will receive your wine every quarter in the months selected and your credit card is debited. Likewise if you choose to receive wine every 6 months, this will occur 6 months after the date you signed up. Please allow 7 to 10 days if you join the club manually and not online.


I won’t be home when it is time for a delivery, can I delay the delivery?

Yes, we can delay deliveries if you expect to be away from home during the delivery period. Please just contact us at least a week prior to your club pack being delivered.


I don’t want to cancel my membership, but can I skip a delivery?

Yes, you can definitely skip a delivery as we are happy to be flexible to make our wine club suit your lifestyle. Just flick us an email when you need a delivery skipped.


Can I change the wines in my pack?

We aren’t able to make changes to the set packs, but we do offer a ‘Create Your Own’ option, which allows you to select the wines included in your pack.
