This flavour-filled shiraz is overflowing with luxurious aromas of blackberry, mocha, thyme and cedar characters.Oh-so-sumptuous and velvety and offers up brilliant fruit-driven power and intensity all wonderfully framed by firm tannins.

Offering structure as well as opulence, the wine shows blackcurrant, cedar, dried herb and floral aromas. It's impressively concentrated and persistent, displaying beautifully layered mouthfeel backed by fine polished tannins.

Pale green with a brilliant straw edge. Lemon sorbet, lime cordial and crunchy apple nuances on the nose with a concentrated palate displaying fine texture and stunning persistency. Superbly structured and lingering.

Four months in older French oak has added complexity to this nice, fresh Pinot Noir. Strawberry, plum and cherry flavours combine with some gamey notes to give you a balanced glassful with nice fruityness and a good finish.

If you like Chardonnay, take this for a spin. Crisp with peach and melon, it’s Chablis in style but with more weight and ‘nuttiness’ from time on yeast lees and four months in old French oak barrels. A very elegant wine with a long finish.
