The Barossa is Australia’s most famous wine region.
Thankfully, it has also been my home since 1980 and I have been fortunate to be amongst an amazing group of people here – winemakers, vignerons and of course friends.

Tristan & Isolde is a medieval tale of star-crossed lovers, knight Tristan and princess Isolde told from the 12th century.

2021 Isolde Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon Reviews

Love this polished and classy Barossa Cabernet. In good years Cabernet shines in the Barossa and his was a good year. Loads of dark black fruits on the nose and palate. Further richness comes from the chocolaty and dark saturated plummy characters. It’s remarkably silky and sublimely smooth. I could drink a bit of this. Score: 94/100 Cellar: 10 years

Wine Pilot, Ray Jordan

Wonderfully fruited and enticing, the bouquet shows blackcurrant, green olive, clove and cedar characters on the nose. The palate is equally attractive with generous fruit weight and savoury nuances, well supported by fine texture and beautifully pitched tannins, finishing sturdy and lingering. At its best: now to 2033. www.sorbyadamswines.com. July 2023.
