    Tasting Note 2020

Family is important to us and this wine is named after my great uncle, The Reverend Canon R.K. Sorby-Adams, OBE. He was Headmaster and Minister at St Andrew’s School in Singapore from 1928 to 1956 and the Minister at St Hugh’s Anglican Church in my home town of Angaston from 1957 to 1960.

    Tasting Note

This famous Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz displays quintessential character and regional typicity.

"Rating: 96. This stunning red ... is substantial and gratifying, while remaining harmonious and seductively complex."
    Sam Kim, WineOrbit

  • Handcrafted Barossa Shiraz

    RRP $40.00

    Tasting Note

"Dark magenta in colour, this is a classic Barossa Shiraz. A bold, full-flavoured red with no edges. Soft and seductive. Flavours of chocolate, blackberries, mocha, coffee beans and cassis. There are fine, satiny tannins.
An underlying flick of acidity. Good balance and impressive length. As enjoyable as it is at the moment, even better in six to eight years. 92 Points."

    Ken Gargett, WinePilot

  • Handcrafted Barossa GSM

    RRP $50.00

    Tasting Note

    GSM 2021
"An altogether too easy to drink style. The palate moves to coffee beans, cherries and a hint of strawberries. Fine acidity and silky tannins. There is a very long and lingering finish. Enjoy it any time over the next four to eight years. 93 Points"
    Ken Gargett, WinePilot

The adage that many hands make light work is the inspiration behind this label, and is never more exemplified than at grape harvest when grower and winemaker come together.
