Family is important to us and this wine is named after my great uncle, The Reverend Canon R.K. Sorby-Adams, OBE. He was Headmaster and Minister at St Andrew’s School in Singapore from 1928 to 1956 and the Minister at St Hugh’s Anglican Church in my home town of Angaston from 1957 to 1960.
