Our Sorby Adams wine label honours mathematician and astronomer, John Couch Adams F.R.S, an ancestor of Simon Sorby Adams, who mathematically proved Neptune's existence. His name is immortalized in one of Neptune's five rings.

A stunning rendition, this is varietal and gracefully complex, showing cassis, toasty oak, tobacco and mixed spice aromas with a lovely floral overtone. The palate displays outstanding weight and concentration, wonderfully framed by rich texture and beautifully pitched tannins.
