"Decadently rich, chock-full of dark fruits and shapely, velvety tannins — all framed by some classy French oak. Big time Barossa." 95 pts, The Real Review
Our Sorby Adams wine label honours mathematician and astronomer, John Couch Adams F.R.S - an ancestor of Simon Sorby Adams - who mathematically proved Neptune's existence. His name is immortalized in one of Neptune's five rings.
Le Verrier is the narrow ring of Neptune.
