An aromatic, medium-bodied wine with zesty lime, fresh rock melon, and green apple flavours, which seamlessly combine with natural acidity and a clean, savoury finish.

When pairing this wine to food, think Sicily - prawn risotto, fennel and orange salad, or grilled sardines.

"This is the initial release of this wine which is sourced from the Clare Valley. Captures a lot of what this variety is all about with its citrusy Granny Smith characters and a slightly crumbly pastry complexity adding further. It's made to retain its fresh acidity with the earlier picking, and the result is a wine that has good length, precision and focus. Excellent current drinking wine."
