A rich and robust Barossa Cabernet with sophistication and excellent cellaring potential.
GI: Angaston (Eden Valley) and Ebenezer (Barossa Valley). Colour: Dark brick red with magenta hue. Aroma: Complex ripe cherry and plum aromas on the nose. Palate: Rich black cherry and plum with liquorice and a hint of mint on the palate with length and finesse. Oak: Matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for 24 months. 4 year air dried, Francois Frere and Taransaud Coopers. Cellar: Drink now to 2038. Sealed with QORK.
