GI: Craneford, Eden Valley. Colour: Pale straw with vibrant lime-green hues. Aroma: Lifted and expressive, displaying fragrant lemon and lime citrus aromas with delicate floral notes and subtle hints of fresh green apple. Palate: A finely textured palate that is brilliantly focused and linear. Pristine citrus fruits balanced by classic, regional Eden Valley bright acidity, leading to a long, dry, graceful finish. Cellar: Drinking beautifully now, with the structure and balance to reward careful cellaring through to 2046.

Seamlessly cuts through the natural oils of salmon tartare and the crispy richness of salt and pepper squid. Served chilled.
